As regards surface protection, our company operates its own powder coating technology, allowing surface coating of components up to 2,500 x 1,500 x 800 mm in overall size. The main principle of the technology is covering the surface with powdered plastic following the surface’s preparation, which is then burned onto the surface in a powder coating oven of 220 °C maximum operating temperature. This provides a homogeneous and uniform layer of surface protection.
